Athru Technologies was founded in 2022 in Bangalore by Shivanand Banahatti, Avinash Gosi, and Mukkunda Gopal, bringing 40+ years of combined enterprise IT experience to the table. Today we run six practices spanning ERPNext & Frappe, AI, content management, custom software, integrations, and cloud & DevOps — and Medverse, our flagship home healthcare platform.

Avinash has spent over 18 years building healthcare technology products and platforms. He leads Medverse technology, product architecture, and engineering strategy to deliver reliable, patient-first digital experiences.

Shivanand brings deep enterprise IT and analytics expertise across critical sectors. He leads Medverse data and AI initiatives, powering insights, automation, and operational intelligence for better care outcomes.

Athru Technologies runs as six practices under one engineering team: ERPNext & Frappe, Artificial Intelligence Solutions, Enterprise Content & Document Management, Custom Software Development, API & Integration Services, and Cloud & DevOps — serving manufacturing, healthcare, retail, trading, and distribution businesses. We also design, build, and operate Medverse — our flagship home healthcare platform, a standalone Athru product.
Across our founding team and 100+ enterprise projects delivered, our delivery standard traces back to the same place: years spent inside large organizations — TCS and Iron Mountain among them — delivering systems that had to work the first time and keep working for years after.
